Can I only rent the slushie machine?

Yes, we offer packages for just machine rental too.

Does Glacé & Grace sell or provide alcohol?

No — due to Ohio liquor laws, we do not sell or supply alcohol. But don’t worry — you’re not on your own! You’ll provide the alcohol, and we’ll professionally serve it. Even better, we’ll help you plan exactly how much to purchase based on your guest count and menu. From frozen favorites to signature slushies, we’ll guide you every step of the way.

How many hours of service are included in bar rental?

We have a minimum of 2 hours of service, which is perfect for most events. Need more time? No problem, you can add extra hours (up to a maximum of 5 hours). We also allow 30 minutes to 1 hour of downtime if restocking or refilling is needed, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service.

When is last call?

Our latest service time is 12:00 AM, with final pours made at least 20 minutes before your event ends. We love keeping the fun flowing — responsibly and right on time!

How many guests can you serve?

Each Glacé & Grace frozen bar rental can serve up to 80 guests, with one fill of two flavors or 2 bowls full with one flavor. Hosting a bigger crowd? We can create a custom package just for you.

Do you charge for mileage?

If your event is within 40 miles of our location, there’s no travel fee. For events beyond that, we charge a standard rate of $1.50 per mile.

How do I reserve my date?

Reserving your date is simple — we just need a signed contract and a $50 deposit. Your deposit is fully refundable up to 5 days before the event. Once your date is locked in, the magic begins!

What areas do you serve?

We provide cleaning services in Cleveland and surrounding areas within a 50-mile radius. Not sure if we serve your area, inquire.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Whether you’re home or away, we make it easy! You can share entry instructions or greet us in person — either way, you can count on professional and secure service every time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App for your convenience. If you have any questions about payment options, please reach out!

How long does a cleaning take?

Cleaning times vary depending on your home’s size, needs, and the type of service. Standard cleanings usually take about 2–3 hours, while deep cleanings may require additional time for detailed care.
