Hi, I’m Oshionna, Ohio-born entrepreneur, mother, and lover of all things elegant, refreshing, and joy-filled. I’m the proud founder of Glacé & Grace and RLH Cleaning Co.

Glacé & Grace began as an idea to blend creativity, celebration, and community. Today, it’s a refined mobile frozen bar experience that adds a touch of luxury to any event. With a background in social work (BSW), business (MBA), and a heart for community, I’ve always believed in pouring into others and now, I do it with frozen drinks in hand.

Whether it’s a wedding, girls’ night, baby shower, employee appreciation, or a brand event, our traveling frozen bar elevates the moment with frozen mocktails and cocktails, elegant décor, and thoughtful details in every garnish. At Glacé & Grace, we blend more than just ingredients. We blend soul, sophistication, and celebration.

In addition to celebrating life’s moments, I founded RLH Cleaning Co., a Cleveland-based professional cleaning service built on the same values of care, attention to detail, and service excellence. From routine home cleanings to deep cleaning projects, RLH Cleaning Co. brings calm, cleanliness, and ease to every home we touch, giving clients peace of mind they deserve. Twice a month, we also donate house cleanings to moms navigating postpartum, helping them rest, recover, and enjoy a little peace in their homes and seniors.
